Latino concerns challenge WSU

A profile article on Wayne State\'s Center for Chicano-Boricua Studies noted that there is tension between the university and Latino community that if not settled, could undercut efforts to boost enrollment of Latino students. The article also quotes Associate Provost Jack Kay. \"We need to find a way for the minds to meet,\" said Kay, who is also interim dean of the College of Urban, Labor and Metropolitan Affairs.
